- Structural engineering or architectural stamped drawings
- Work that requires a specialty licensed trade outside our scope — we tell you up front and coordinate
Things That Affect Your Project
- Cabinet and counter lead times usually drive the schedule more than labor does.
- Moving sinks, ranges or walls changes plumbing and electrical scope significantly.
- Older Tucson homes can reveal surprises behind cabinetry — we document and price changes in writing.
Common Questions
Can we use the kitchen during the remodel?
Usually not for the whole project. We plan a temporary setup with you — often a fridge, microwave and sink access elsewhere — and we tell you which days are the disruptive ones.
Do you help with material selections?
We walk options with you and point out what installs well together. Final selections and purchases are yours so you control cost and style.
What does a kitchen project cost?
Cost depends on layout changes, cabinetry, counters and finish level. We don't quote from a phone call — we look at the space and give you a written estimate for free.
