What happens: We confirm materials, colors and any lead-time items, then lock in start dates around your schedule.

Your decisions: Make final material and color choices.

What's next: Crew mobilizes and protection goes down.

What happens: Work proceeds in sequence with floor and surface protection, dust control, and daily cleanup. If we find something unexpected, you hear about it and get pricing in writing before it's done.

Your decisions: Stay informed; approve any change orders.

What's next: Punch list and final walkthrough.

What happens: We walk the finished work with you, write down anything that needs correcting, and complete it before the job closes.
