FLOORING INSTALLATION
Flooring is a prep job as much as an install job. Flatness, moisture and transitions decide whether a floor looks good and stays tight. BMF preps properly, sets a clean layout, and finishes the trim and transitions so the edges look finished.

- Subfloor prep and flattening as needed
- Tile, LVP or laminate installation
- Baseboard and transition work
- Furniture moving coordination
What's Not Included
- Hardwood refinishing and sanding
- Slab moisture mitigation systems requiring a specialty contractor
Things That Affect Your Project
- Slab flatness in older homes frequently adds prep — we check before quoting.
- Order 10% extra material for cuts and future repairs.

Do you move furniture?
We coordinate it with you. Large or fragile items are usually best handled before we start.
