Bathrooms are small rooms with high stakes: waterproofing, slope, tile layout and ventilation all have to be right or the room fails early. BMF rebuilds bathrooms with the wet-area details done properly, then finishes them so the tile and trim look intentional.

- Mold remediation requiring a licensed remediation contractor
- Custom glass fabrication (we coordinate a glass supplier)
Things That Affect Your Project
- Tub-to-shower conversions often need drain relocation — that is scope, not a surprise, when it's found early.
- Large-format tile needs a flatter substrate than small tile; prep may be added.
- Single-bathroom homes need a plan for the days water is off.

It varies with scope and material availability. We give you a working schedule with the estimate and update you if it changes.
Can you match existing tile?
Sometimes. Discontinued tile is common, so we'll show you the realistic options before demo starts.
