Information we collect

We collect only what you send us. That includes the details you enter in an estimate request (name, phone, email, project address city and ZIP, project description, timeline, budget range and any photos you upload), reviews you submit, and messages you send to our project assistant.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to your request, prepare an estimate, schedule a walkthrough and perform work you hire us for. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising outside our own follow-up about your project.

Photos you upload

Photos you attach to an estimate request are stored privately and are visible only to BMF staff. We do not use your photos publicly without asking you first.

Project assistant conversations

Conversations with our website assistant are stored so we can follow up accurately and improve the answers it gives. Please don't send payment card numbers, government identification numbers or other sensitive personal data through the chat.

Sharing

We share information with service providers who host this website, store our data and deliver our email, and with subcontractors or suppliers only as needed to perform your project. We may disclose information if required by law.

Text messages

If you contact us by text or give us your mobile number, we may reply by text about your project. Reply STOP at any time and we'll stop texting you. Message and data rates may apply.

Retention and removal

We keep project records as long as needed for our business and legal obligations. To request a copy or removal of your information, email bmf@adminbmf.com or call (520) 809-2294.

Children

This website is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
