FAMILY-OWNED, TUCSON-BUILT
BMF Home Remodeling & Maintenance is a family-owned remodeling and maintenance company working across Tucson and the surrounding communities — from full kitchen and bathroom remodels to drywall, paint, flooring and the repairs most companies won't bother with.
We are a small, family-run operation, and that shapes how we work. The person who looks at your project is connected to the crew that does it, so nothing gets lost between the estimate and the finished room.
Our range is deliberately wide. Plenty of contractors only want the big remodel; homeowners still need the wall patched, the room painted, the floor replaced and the door that never latched fixed. BMF does both — the full renovation and the honest maintenance work — for the same families, often for years.
Everything starts with a free estimate. We look at the space, tell you what we think it needs, put the scope in writing, and let you decide.
HOW WE WORK
You should always know who is coming, what is happening today, and who to call with a question. Most remodeling frustration is a communication problem, not a construction one.
Texture that matches. Caulk lines that are straight. Transitions that sit flat. The details are the difference between work that looks done and work that is done.
If something is outside what we do, or a wall opens up and the picture changes, you hear it from us plainly and in writing — not as a surprise at the end.
It usually is. Work areas get protected, the site gets cleaned, and we plan around the rooms you still need to use.
WHERE WE WORK
Free estimates across Tucson, Marana, Oro Valley, Vail, Corona de Tucson, Sahuarita, Green Valley. Projects further out are still possible with a travel or service fee — ask and we'll tell you honestly whether it makes sense.
We only publish things we can back up. You won't find invented project counts, star ratings, awards or guarantees on this site. If there is something you want confirmed before hiring us — anything at all — ask and we'll answer it directly.
