Estimates and pricing
Nothing on this website is a binding price. Pricing, scope and schedule are established only in a written estimate or contract issued by BMF after an on-site walkthrough, and changes to scope require written approval.
Project assistant
Our website assistant provides general help with scoping and scheduling a conversation. Its answers are not quotes, permit determinations, or structural, electrical, plumbing or code advice. If an answer conflicts with a written estimate or with what a BMF representative tells you, the written estimate controls.
Photos and reviews you submit
By submitting a review, you confirm it reflects your genuine experience. Reviews are read before publication and we may decline to publish content that is abusive, false, or unrelated to work we performed. By uploading project photos, you confirm you have the right to share them with us.
