Some jobs are a list, not a project. BMF handles repair and maintenance lists — doors that won't latch, damaged trim, failing caulk, fixture swaps, patch-and-paint — in one scheduled visit instead of five different calls.

Things That Affect Your Project
- Grouping small items into one visit is usually the cheapest way to handle them.
- If an item turns out to be a licensed-trade job, we say so rather than improvising.
