Good drywall work disappears. BMF repairs holes, cracks, water damage and remodel cut-outs, then matches the surrounding texture so the patch doesn't read as a patch once it's painted.

- Cut-out, backing and patching
- Tape, mud and sanding
- Texture matching (knockdown, orange peel, smooth)
- Priming and paint to a break line or full wall
- Dust containment
What's Not Included
- Repairs to the source of a water leak (plumbing/roofing scope)
- Mold remediation requiring a licensed remediation contractor
Things That Affect Your Project
- Texture matching is a craft — small differences show most in raking light.
- Water-damaged drywall should not be closed up until the leak source is corrected.

Will the patch be invisible?
Our goal is a repair you can't pick out under normal lighting. On heavy textures we'll tell you honestly what to expect.
